Born and raised in Morocco from salvadoreñean parents Chef Joel Molina developed a deep appreciation for Mediterranean cuisine at an early age, surrounded by family traditions, vibrant markets, and generations of culinary heritage. With years of experience in hospitality and restaurant operations, Chef Joel combines authentic Mediterranean techniques with contemporary presentation and creativity. His philosophy is simple: use quality ingredients, respect tradition, and add a unique twist that surprises and delights guests. At Twist Mediterranean, Chef Joel draws inspiration from the rich culinary cultures of Morocco, Greece, Lebanon, Spain and from Central America and beyond, creating dishes that are both familiar and innovative. His commitment to hospitality, flavor, and craftsmanship is reflected in every plate served.
